Our legal basis for each of the ways we process your data is as follows.

(2.) Discord: We have an allowed legitimate interest in connecting you with other geographically-close community members and need to use your data to do so. We will not use the data for other purposes.

(4.) Submitting Questions: We have an allowed legitimate interest in providing a response to your questions and need to use your data to do so. We will not use the data for other purposes.

Note that you may have submitted your data into one or more of these various mediums. Unless explicitly stated, we do not use data that you submit through one medium for another medium with a different purpose: for example, we do not export Discord geographic data into our Opt-In For Email List data. Any data we have for our Opt-In For Email List subscribers is collected through those specific opt-in forms only.

We process and access your data as described above through the help of third parties that have the digital infrastructure that we do not have on our own. These include payment processors, social media management tools, and other products that we use and are absolutely required to run our business. These include:
